It means freedom Steve is a young man, married to Sonya and the proud father of two little girls. All was going well in their lives until five years ago when Steve suffered a severe stroke. As a result of this he is paralysed down his left side and has serious heart problems. They are a devoted family but for the last five years Steve has not been able to go out alone, making him totally dependent upon Sonya, who is his full-time carer. We gave him a powered wheelchair fully adapted to accommodate his disabilities and cope with most surfaces. Now their great joy is visit the park as a family. Steve said "As a family we can’t thank you enough and personally for me, it means freedom and enjoyment with my girls and my dog Errol".
